We currently have space to move from initial enquiry to launch in approximately 4 weeks (this is dependent on content ready to go), meaning that you could have a live website up and running quickly. Each of our packages includes;
- A discovery call and two further meetings (kick-off, midpoint review and handover)
- A domain name (.co.uk) chosen by you and subject to availability.

- A professional email address
- 12 months of support (design and technical)
- A website including home, about, contact and blogs
- A requirement that all content* is provided by you, as the expert.
- A handover pack containing all important information.
*content means that you’ll provide your branding guidelines (colour schemes, fonts and styles) which we can assist with. You’ll also provide all of the written content for your site including a welcome message, about you, qualifications and professional organisations, services, FAQs and information about your niche if you have one.
We do offer copywriting as an additional service.

We include the basics of search engine optimistation in all of our packages, making sure your title and page metadata is up to scratch.
We also provide ongoing services and audits to ensure your site remains in tip top condition if you’re regularly adding content. We can advise on using metadata in your content on social channels too.
Analytics and Performance
Having a great website is a good start to getting more clients to see your great private practice, but like most things in life, a website needs maintenance to keep it tip top.
Analysing where your traffic comes from, and how your users use your website can give you valuable information in where to spend your marketing budget.
We’ll be right beside you during the design, build and launch stage. Our standard 12 months of technical support makes sure you’re looked after with any questions about your website, domain, hosting or emails.

Do I have to blog?
The short answer is no!
Of course you don’t. That said, it really helps your SEO if you are regularly producing content, which is where the term ‘content marketing’ comes from.
You can write (blog), speak (pod), video (vlog) – it is really your choice, but I’d suggest doing one at least. Ideally you might have a go at all three on different channels. Play around with it and have fun!
Getting Social
Back in the day we only had to get to grips with MySpace and Friends Reunited. Now we’ve got Facey, Twitter, TikTok, Insta, Pinterest and don’t even get me started on Discord, Clubhouse and more.
If you want to get social but can’t bear the thought of broadcasting, let us help. Decide how often and we can come up with a plan to take the pressure off, leaving you to manage the engagement with your audience.
Outsourcing your systems
Work smarter instead of harder. We specialise in using practice management software to help you run your practice smoothly, and give your clients a great experience.
We reccomend WriteUpp (I use it personally) although there are others out there, and we offer systems set up and coaching to help you get to grips with moving from a paper based practice to wholly online.
